SWEET POTATO CHIPS

 

 

Ingredients:

 

1 large sweet potato

Oil for deep-frying

1/2-teaspoon salt

1/2-teaspoon chili powder

Pepper to taste

 

Wash the sweet potato and peel. Wash again to remove any remaining sand. Dry the sweet potato with a kitchen towel, and cut the sweet potato into wages. Heat the oil in a pan and deep-fry the sweet potato wages until golden brown. Season with salt, black pepper and chilli powder and serve with any meat or vegetables.
