The following recipe is a traditional Zambian dish made with groundnuts and Vegetables. Ingredients:
1/2cup water 1 tis baking soda 2 small tomatoes 1 small chilli seeded pumpkin leaves 1 tbs vegetable oil
Procedure: Put the water in a pot, wait the water to boil then add the soda and the vegetables. Simmer for 20 minute then add the groundnut, tomatoes and chilli. Mix in these ingredients until the mixture is smooth. Simmer for a further 10 minutes then add the oil and mix. Stand for another 10 minute then Serve with Nshima. Serving Size: 4 servings |
