SWEET POTATO CHIPS
Ingredients:
1 large sweet potato
Oil for deep-frying
1/2-teaspoon salt
1/2-teaspoon chili powder
Pepper to taste
Wash the sweet potato and peel. Wash
again to remove any remaining sand. Dry the sweet potato with a kitchen towel, and cut the sweet potato into wages. Heat
the oil in a pan and deep-fry the sweet potato wages until golden brown. Season with salt, black pepper and chilli powder
and serve with any meat or vegetables. Other serving suggestions can be found in my book.
